Stock/Securities Donation

Securities donation is a great way to support our school!  Gifts of appreciated securities can have significant tax benefits for the donor. Check with your accountant to see what benefits it may have for you. 

If you wish to donate securities to support ONE - Sleepy Hollow, please follow the three simple steps below:

1) Fill out the ONE Stock Donation form below. It will generate a PDF, sent to you via e-mail, for you to share with your broker to authorize the transaction. The PDF will include ONE’s brokerage deposit account information.  

2) Send the Stock Donation Form pdf to your your brokerage firm to authorize the transaction. 

3) Lastly, please email the Sleepy Hollow fundraising team at shpcfundraising@gmail.com to inform us of your securities donation. This is vital so that we may ensure your donation is tracked to our ONE- Sleepy Hollow bank account where it will directly support Sleepy Hollow School. It also enables us to acknowledge your generous gift.
